Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before your product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled during this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Please note that once a product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

We stand behind our products and accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. Contact our customer service team at admin@wonlv.com to obtain the correct return address.

Shipping Policy: Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, including returns. We do not charge restocking fees for product returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to verify the refund hasn’t arrived
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary
  3. Contact your bank — processing times may cause delays
  4. Contact us — If you’ve completed all the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at admin@wonlv.com
