Cancelled before shipping

Changed your mind? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact me and I'll cancel it and issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.

Damaged on arrival

I pack every flag carefully, but if yours arrives damaged, send me a photo within 7 days of delivery at support@wonlv.com and I'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
